Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1074","heading":"Written assurance of discontinuance of violation -","body":"Acceptance by district attorney - Restitution.\n\nA district attorney may accept a written assurance of\n\ndiscontinuance of any practice in violation of this act from the\n\nperson that has engaged in the unlawful practice. The district\n\nattorney may require in the agreement that by a certain date,\n\nrestitution will be made to any person that has been a victim of a\n\nviolation of this act.
