Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1075","heading":"Civil action","body":"Except as provided in Section 4 of this act, any participant in\n\na pyramid promotional scheme may declare their transaction void and\n\nbring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover\n\nthe consideration paid.
