Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1086","heading":"Allowing offense on premises - Punishment","body":"Any owner, proprietor, keeper, manager, conductor, or other\n\nperson, who knowingly permits or suffers the violation of any\n\nprovision of this article, in any house, building, room, tent, lot\n\nor premises under his control or of which he has possession, upon\n\nconviction, shall be punished for the first offense by imprisonment\n\nwithin the county jail for a period of not less than six (6) months\n\nnor more than one (1) year, and by a fine of not more than Three\n\nHundred Dollars ($300.00), and upon conviction for any subsequent\n\noffense under this article shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony\n\noffense and shall be punished by imprisonment in the State\n\nPenitentiary for a period of not less than one (1) year nor more\n\nthan ten (10) years.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2430.
