Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1092","heading":"Refusing to exhibit stolen goods","body":"Any pawnbroker or person carrying on the business of a\n\npawnbroker, and every junk dealer, who having received any goods\n\nwhich have been embezzled or stolen, refuses or omits to exhibit\n\nthem, upon demand, during the usual business hours, to the owner of\n\nsaid goods or his agent authorized to demand an inspection thereof,\n\nor any peace officer shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3\n\nfelony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20P of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2513.
