Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1103","heading":"Revocation of license","body":"A judge of the district court, upon five (5) days' notice to the\n\nperson holding such license, may revoke such license for any one of\n\nthe following reasons:\n\n1. Drunkenness of the person holding such license or permitting\n\nany intoxicated person to loiter in such place;\n\n2. Violation of any provision of law relating to persons under\n\ntwenty-one (21) years of age and alcoholic beverages as defined in\n\nSection 506 of Title 37 or low-point beer as defined in Section\n\n163.2 of Title 37; or\n\n3.
