Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1119","heading":"Abduction of person under fifteen","body":"Every person who takes away or induces to leave any person under\n\nthe age of fifteen (15) years, from a parent, guardian or other\n\nperson having the legal charge of the person, without the consent of\n\nsaid parent, guardian, or other person having legal charge, for the\n\npurpose of marriage or concubinage, or any crime involving moral\n\nturpitude shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding five (5) years,\n\nor by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one (1) year, or\n\nby a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2422.
