Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1162","heading":"Purchasing dead body","body":"Whoever purchases, or who receives, except for the purpose of\n\nburial, any dead body of a human being, knowing the same has been\n\nremoved contrary to Section 1161 of this title shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a\n\nfine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by both such\n\nfine and imprisonment.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2457.
