Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1164","heading":"Removal to another burial place","body":"Whenever a cemetery or other place of burial is lawfully\n\nauthorized to be removed from one place to another, the right and\n\nduty to disinter, remove and rebury the remains of bodies there\n\nlying buried devolves upon the same persons required to bury the\n\ndeceased in the order in which they there are named, and if they all\n\nfail to act, then upon the lawful custodians of the place of burial\n\nso removed.
