Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1168.2","heading":"Certain institutions and museums to consult tribal","body":"leaders or certain state entities before disposition of remains.\n\nAccredited educational institutions, or officially designated\n\ninstitutions or museums as provided by Section 361 of Title 53 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, coming into possession or knowledge of human\n\nskeletal remains or associated burial furniture from Oklahoma shall\n\nconsult if possible with tribal leaders, designated by the Oklahoma\n\nIndian Affairs Commission, regarding the final disposition of said\n\nremains prior to any activities related to scientific or educational\n\npurposes.
