Any person convicted of a misdemeanor pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Sections 1168 through 1168.5 of this title shall be\n\npunishable by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),\n\nby imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or\n\nby both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB.
