Any federal or state department or agency which, in the\n\nperformance of its duties, discovers a burial ground, human skeletal\n\nremains or burial furniture shall immediately cease any activity\n\nwhich may cause further disturbance of the site and shall report the\n\npresence and location of any skeletal remains to an appropriate law\n\nenforcement officer as required by Section 1168 et seq. of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes and shall comply with all other provisions\n\nof said sections.\n\nB.
