Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1174","heading":"Burning cross with intent to intimidate","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, with the intent\n\nof intimidating any person or group of persons, to burn, or cause to\n\nbe burned, a cross on the property of another, a highway or other\n\npublic place.
