Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1205","heading":"Throwing, leaving or depositing trash near highway, road","body":"or occupied dwelling unlawful - Establishment of solid waste\n\ndisposal sites.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person to throw or leave or deposit\n\ngarbage, tin cans, junk, rubbish or refuse and other items and\n\nmatters commonly referred to as trash within one hundred (100) yards\n\nof any state highway or any county road or the occupied dwelling of\n\nanother, except when the placement of such materials is along a\n\ncollection route for the specific intent and purpose of scheduled\n\ncollection and transportation to a recycling or disposal facility\n\nserving the area.
