Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1210","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purpose of, and when used in this act:\n\n1. The term \"disaster area\" means the scene or location of a\n\nnatural or military disaster, an explosion, an aircraft accident, a\n\nfire, a railroad accident and a major traffic accident.\n\n2.
