Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1220.1","heading":"Prohibition of alcohol inhalation device","body":"It is unlawful for any person to buy, sell, furnish, manufacture\n\nor possess any alcohol inhalation device, alcohol infuser or any\n\nother device capable of causing a blood or breath alcohol\n\nconcentration in the human body by means of fumes, vapors, gases,\n\nair particles or matter inhaled directly into the central nervous\n\nsystem by mouth or nasal passages. Any person convicted of any\n\nviolation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor\n\npunishable by a fine in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00). The Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission is\n\nprohibited from licensing any establishment for consumption of\n\nalcohol from such prohibited devices, and shall permanently revoke\n\nany license issued to any person convicted of any violation of this\n\nsection.
