Unlawful hazardous waste transportation shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or a fine\n\nof not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment;\n\n2. Unlawful waste management with respect to:\n\na. waste other than hazardous waste shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00), and\n\nb. hazardous waste shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of this title,\n\nor a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($50,000.00), or both such fine and imprisonment;\n\n3. Unlawful waste misrepresentation with respect to:\n\na. waste other than hazardous waste shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00), and\n\nb. hazardous waste shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of this title,\n\nor a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand\n\nDollars ($25,000.00), or both such fine and\n\nimprisonment;\n\n4. Unlawful disposal of hazardous waste shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or a fine\n\nof not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment; and\n\n5.
