Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1265.5","heading":"Conspiracies","body":"If two or more persons conspire to commit any crime defined by\n\nSections 1265.1 through 1265.14 of this title, each of such persons\n\nis guilty of conspiracy, a Class B4 felony offense, and subject to\n\nthe same punishment as if he had committed the crime which he\n\nconspired to commit, whether or not any act be done in furtherance\n\nof the conspiracy.
