Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1265.7","heading":"Posting property of producers of defense materials and","body":"public utilities - Entry without permission.\n\nAny individual, partnership, association, corporation, municipal\n\ncorporation or state or any political subdivision thereof engaged\n\nin, or preparing to engage in, the manufacture, transportation or\n\nstorage of any product to be used in the preparation of the United\n\nStates or of any of the states for defense or for war or in the\n\nprosecution of war by the United States, or the manufacture,\n\ntransportation, distribution or storage of gas, oil, coal,\n\nelectricity or water, or any of said natural or artificial persons\n\noperating any public utility, whose property, except where it fronts\n\non water or where there are entrances for railway cars, vehicles,\n\npersons or things, is surrounded by a fence or wall, or a fence or\n\nwall and buildings, may post around his or its property at each gate\n\nentrance, dock or railway entrance and every one hundred (100) feet\n\nof water front a sign reading \"No Entry Without Permission\".\n\nWhoever without permission of such owner shall willfully enter upon\n\npremises so posted shall be punished by imprisonment for not more\n\nthan ten (10) days, or a fine of not more than Fifty Dollars\n\n($50.00), or both.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bd740da2e7b90bbe4d05abcd0c70ce856f6992ea4346451753be230690d69def","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1265.6","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1265.8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
