Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1265.8","heading":"Detention and arrest of persons entering without","body":"permission.\n\nAny peace officer or any person employed as watchman, guard, or\n\nin a supervisory capacity on premises posted as provided in Section\n\n7 may stop any person found on any premises to which entry without\n\npermission is forbidden by Section 7 and may detain him for the\n\npurpose of demanding, and may demand of him his name, address and\n\nbusiness in such place.
