Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1266.2","heading":"Communist Party of the United States and component","body":"parts as illegal.\n\nThe Communist Party of the United States, together with its\n\ncomponent or related parts and organizations, no matter under what\n\nname known, and all other organizations, incorporated or\n\nunincorporated, which engage in or advocate, abet, advise, or teach,\n\nor a purpose of which is to engage in or advocate, abet, advise, or\n\nteach, any activities intended to overthrow, destroy, or alter, or\n\nto assist in the overthrow, destruction, or alteration of, the\n\nconstitutional form of the government of the United States, or of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma, or of any political subdivision of either of\n\nthem, by force or violence, are hereby declared to be illegal and\n\nnot entitled to any rights, privileges, or immunities attendant upon\n\nbodies under the jurisdiction of the State of Oklahoma or any\n\npolitical subdivision thereof. It shall be unlawful for such Party\n\nor any of its component or related parts or organizations, or any\n\nsuch other organization, to exist, function, or operate in the State\n\nof Oklahoma. Any organization which is found by a court of\n\ncompetent jurisdiction to have violated any provisions of this\n\nsection, in a proceeding brought for that purpose by the County\n\nAttorney, shall be dissolved, and if it be a corporation organized\n\nand existing under the laws of this state or having a permit to do\n\nbusiness in this state, its charter or permit shall be forfeited,\n\nand, whether incorporated or unincorporated, all funds, records, and\n\nother property belonging to such Party or any component or related\n\npart or organization thereof, or to any such other organization,\n\nshall be seized by and forfeited to the State of Oklahoma to escheat\n\nto the state as in the case of a person dying without heirs.
