It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or willfully\n\nto:\n\n1. Commit, attempt to commit, or aid in the commission of any\n\nact intended to overthrow, destroy, or alter, or to assist in the\n\noverthrow, destruction, or alteration of, the constitutional form of\n\nthe government of the United States, or of the State of Oklahoma, or\n\nof any political subdivision of either of them, by force or\n\nviolence; or\n\n2. Advocate, abet, advise, or teach by any means any person to\n\ncommit, attempt to commit, or aid in the commission of any such act,\n\nunder such circumstances as to constitute a clear and present danger\n\nto the security of the United States, or of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nor of any political subdivision of either of them; or\n\n3. Conspire with one or more persons to commit any of the above\n\nacts; or\n\n4. Assist in the formation of, or participate in the management\n\nof, or contribute to the support of, or become or remain a member\n\nof, or destroy any books or records or files of, or secrete any\n\nfunds in this state of the Communist Party of the United States or\n\nany component or related part or organization thereof, or any\n\norganization which engages in or advocates, abets, advises, or\n\nteaches, or a purpose of which is to engage in or advocate, abet,\n\nadvise or teach, any activities intended to overthrow, destroy, or\n\nalter, or to assist in the overthrow, destruction, or alteration of,\n\nthe constitutional form of the government of the United States, or\n\nof the State of Oklahoma, or of any political subdivision of either\n\nof them, by force or violence, knowing the nature of such\n\norganization.\n\nB.
