Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1266.5","heading":"Penalty","body":"Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of Section\n\n1266.4 of this title shall be guilty of a Class B1 felony offense,\n\nand upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than Twenty\n\nThousand Dollars ($20,000.00), or imprisoned not less than one (1)\n\nyear nor more than twenty (20) years in the State Penitentiary, or\n\nmay be both so fined and imprisoned.
