Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1267.2","heading":"Registration - Contents","body":"(a) The officers of each group, company, assembly of persons,\n\nor association with the intent designated in Section 1267.1 of this\n\ntitle shall, within thirty (30) days of the effective date hereof,\n\nregister with the Attorney General, on forms prescribed by him by\n\nregulations, as such an organization, and shall thereafter register\n\nannually on or before July 1.\n\n(b) The registration statements shall include the following\n\ninformation:\n\n(1) The name of the organization and address of its principal\n\noffice;\n\n(2) The name and present address of each person who is\n\ncurrently an officer of the organization or who has been an officer\n\nof the organization any time in the course of the twelve (12) months\n\npreceding the filing of each registration statement;\n\n(3) An accounting of all money received and expended by the\n\norganization, including the sources of receipt and purposes of\n\nexpenditures, in the course of the twelve (12) months preceding the\n\nfiling of each registration statement;\n\n(4) The name and present address of each person who is or was a\n\nmember of the organization at any time in the course of the twelve\n\n(12) months preceding the filing of each registration statement.\n\n(5) If any officer or member of the organization uses or has\n\nused more than one name, all such names shall be included in the\n\nregistration statements.\n\n(c) All such organizations shall maintain, in the form and\n\nmanner as the Attorney General shall by regulations provide, an\n\naccurate and complete record of all information required by the\n\nregistration statement forms.\n\n(d) If the officers of any such organization violate any\n\nprovision of this section they shall, upon conviction, be guilty of\n\na felony.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"95d70b48d0a562fdb17b2330218e4401c4705d03012758776d9a5b9ca09438fd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1267.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1268"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
