Every act of terrorism is a felony.\n\nB. A person convicted of terrorism shall be guilty of a Class\n\nA3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment in the\n\ncustody of the Department of Corrections for a term not exceeding\n\nlife.\n\nC. A person who kills another person or who causes the death of\n\nanother person in the commission of an act of terrorism shall be\n\nguilty of murder in the first degree, a Class Y felony offense.\n\nD. A person convicted of biochemical terrorism shall be guilty\n\nof a Class B1 felony offense and shall be ordered, in addition to\n\nthe punishment imposed for the act of terrorism, to reimburse the\n\ncost of any emergency personnel, equipment, supplies, and other\n\nexpenses incurred by the state and any political subdivision as a\n\nresult of responding to such act of terrorism.\n\nE.
