No person, knowing that property is the proceeds of an act\n\nof terrorism or a monetary instrument given, received, or intended\n\nto be used in support of an act of terrorism, shall conduct or\n\nattempt to conduct any financial transaction involving that property\n\nor transport, transmit or transfer that monetary instrument with the\n\nintent to do any of the following:\n\n1. Commit or further the commission of an act of terrorism;\n\n2. Conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, ownership,\n\nor control of either the proceeds of an act of terrorism or a\n\nmonetary instrument given, received, or intended to be used to\n\nsupport an act of terrorism; or\n\n3. Conceal or disguise the intent to avoid a financial\n\ntransaction reporting requirement as provided in 31 U.S.C., Section\n\n5311 et seq., 31 C.F.R., Part 103, Title 6 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nor other federal monetary reporting requirements under law.\n\nB.
