Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1279","heading":"Misdemeanor pointing a firearm","body":"MISDEMEANOR POINTING A FIREARM\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person to point any firearm or any\n\nother deadly weapon whether loaded or not, at any other person or\n\npersons. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall,\n\nupon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided\n\nin Section 1280 of this title.\n\nThe provisions of this section shall not apply to persons acting\n\nin self-defense or to home or business owners in defense of their\n\nprivate property, whether or not they possess a valid handgun\n\nlicense pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2553.
