Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1282","heading":"Felony use of a slung shot","body":"FELONY USE OF A SLUNG SHOT\n\nAny person who carries upon his person, whether concealed or\n\nnot, or uses or attempts to use against another, any instrument or\n\nweapon of the kind usually known as slung shot, or of any similar\n\nkind shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense\n\nand shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections\n\nB through F of Section 20P of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2556.
