Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1283","heading":"Convicted felons and delinquents","body":"CONVICTED FELONS AND DELINQUENTS\n\nA. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, it shall\n\nbe unlawful for any person convicted of any felony in any court of\n\nthis state or of another state or of the United States to have in\n\nhis or her possession or under his or her immediate control, or in\n\nany vehicle which the person is operating, or at the residence where\n\nthe convicted person resides, any pistol, imitation or homemade\n\npistol, altered air or toy pistol, machine gun, sawed-off shotgun or\n\nsawed-off rifle, or any other firearm. Any person who violates the\n\nprovisions of this subsection shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nClass B4 felony offense.\n\nB. Any person who has previously been convicted of a nonviolent\n\nfelony in any court of this state or of another state or of the\n\nUnited States, and who has received a full and complete pardon from\n\nthe proper authority and has not been convicted of any other felony\n\noffense which has not been pardoned, shall have restored the right\n\nto possess any firearm or other weapon prohibited by subsection A of\n\nthis section, the right to apply for and carry a handgun, concealed\n\nor unconcealed, pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Self-\n\nDefense Act or as otherwise permitted by law, and have the right to\n\nperform the duties of a peace officer, gunsmith, and for firearms\n\nrepair.\n\nC. It shall be unlawful for any person serving a term of\n\nprobation for any felony in any court of this state or of another\n\nstate or of the United States or under the jurisdiction of any\n\nalternative court program to have in his or her possession or under\n\nhis or her immediate control, or at his or her residence, or in any\n\npassenger vehicle which the person is operating, any pistol, shotgun\n\nor rifle including any imitation or homemade pistol, altered air or\n\ntoy pistol, toy shotgun or toy rifle, while such person is subject\n\nto supervision, probation, parole or inmate status. Any person who\n\nviolates the provisions of this subsection shall, upon conviction,\n\nbe guilty of a Class B4 felony offense.\n\nD. It shall be unlawful for any person previously adjudicated\n\nas a delinquent child or a youthful offender for the commission of\n\nan offense, which would have constituted a felony offense if\n\ncommitted by an adult, to have in the possession of the person or\n\nunder the immediate control of the person, or have in any vehicle\n\nwhich he or she is driving, or at the residence of the person, any\n\npistol, imitation or homemade pistol, altered air or toy pistol,\n\nmachine gun, sawed-off shotgun or sawed-off rifle, or any other\n\ndangerous or deadly firearm within ten (10) years after such\n\nadjudication; provided, that nothing in this subsection shall be\n\nconstrued to prohibit the placement of the person in a home with a\n\nfull-time duly appointed peace officer who is certified by the\n\nCouncil on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) pursuant\n\nto the provisions of Section 3311 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. Any person who violates the provisions of this subsection\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense.\n\nE. It shall be unlawful for any person who is an alien\n\nillegally or unlawfully in the United States to have in the\n\npossession of the person or under the immediate control of the\n\nperson, or in any vehicle the person is operating, or at the\n\nresidence where the person resides, any pistol, imitation or\n\nhomemade pistol, altered air or toy pistol, shotgun, rifle or any\n\nother dangerous or deadly firearm; provided, that nothing in this\n\nsubsection applies to prohibit the transport or detention of the\n\nperson by law enforcement officers or federal immigration\n\nauthorities. Any person who violates the provisions of this\n\nsubsection shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B4 felony\nimitation or\n\nhomemade pistol, altered air or toy pistol, shotgun, rifle or any\n\nother dangerous or deadly firearm; provided, that nothing in this\n\nsubsection applies to prohibit the transport or detention of the\n\nperson by law enforcement officers or federal immigration\n\nauthorities. Any person who violates the provisions of this\n\nsubsection shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B4 felony\n\noffense punishable by a fine of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).\n\nF. Any person having been issued a handgun license pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act and who knowingly or\n\nintentionally allows a convicted felon or adjudicated delinquent or\n\na youthful offender as prohibited by the provisions of subsection A,\n\nC, or D of this section to possess or have control of any firearm\n\nauthorized by the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act shall, upon conviction,\n\nbe guilty of a Class B4 felony offense punishable by a fine not to\n\nexceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). In addition, the person\n\nshall have the handgun license revoked by the Oklahoma State Bureau\n\nof Investigation after a hearing and determination that the person\n\nhas violated the provisions of this section.\n\nG. Any convicted or adjudicated person violating the provisions\n\nof this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony\n\npunishable as provided in Section 1284 of this title.\n\nH. For purposes of this section, \"sawed-off shotgun\" or \"sawed-\n\noff rifle\" shall mean any shotgun or rifle which the barrel or\n\nbarrels have been illegally shortened in length.\n\nI. For purposes of this section, \"altered toy pistol\" shall\n\nmean any toy weapon which has been altered from its original\n\nmanufactured state to resemble a real weapon.\n\nJ. For purposes of this section, \"altered air pistol\" shall\n\nmean any air pistol manufactured to propel projectiles by air\n\npressure which has been altered from its original manufactured\n\nstate.\n\nK.
