Residents of the State of Oklahoma may purchase rifles,\n\nshotguns, ammunition, cartridge and shotgun shell handloading\n\ncomponents and equipment from a dealer licensed in a state other\n\nthan Oklahoma. This authorization is enacted in conformance with\n\nthe provisions of Section 922(b)(3) of Title 18 of the United States\n\nCode and provided further that such residents conform to the\n\nprovisions of law applicable to such purchase in the State of\n\nOklahoma and the state in which the purchase is made.\n\nB. Residents of a state other than Oklahoma may purchase\n\nrifles, shotguns, ammunition, cartridge and shotgun shell\n\nhandloading components and equipment from a dealer licensed in the\n\nState of Oklahoma.
