Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1289.17A","heading":"Felony discharging firearms","body":"FELONY DISCHARGING FIREARMS\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or\n\nintentionally discharge any firearm or other deadly weapon at or\n\ninto any dwelling, or at or into any building used for public or\n\nbusiness purposes. Any violation of the provisions of this section\n\nshall be a Class B1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the\n\ncustody of the Department of Corrections for a term not less than\n\ntwo (2) years nor more than twenty (20) years.
