It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, carry upon\n\nhis person, use or attempt to use against another person any\n\nrestricted bullet as defined in Section 1289.19 of this title.\n\nB. Any person convicted of violating subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense and shall be\n\npunished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for not less than\n\ntwo (2) years nor more than ten (10) years.
