The State Legislature hereby occupies and preempts the\n\nentire field of legislation in this state touching in any way\n\nextreme risk protection orders against or upon a citizen of this\n\nstate to the complete exclusion of any order, ordinance or\n\nregulation by any municipality or other political subdivision of\n\nthis state.\n\nB. Any agency of this state or any political subdivision in\n\nthis state shall be prohibited from accepting any grants or funding\n\nto implement any statute, rule or executive order, judicial order or\n\njudicial findings that would have the effect of forcing an extreme\n\nrisk protection order against or upon a citizen of this state.\n\nC. For purposes of this section, \"extreme risk protection\n\norder\" means an executive order, written order or warrant issued by\n\na court or signed by a magistrate or comparable officer of the\n\ncourt, for which the primary purpose is to reduce the risk of\n\nfirearm-related death or injury by doing one or more of the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. Prohibiting a named individual from having under the custody\n\nor control of the individual, owning, possessing or receiving a\n\nfirearm; or\n\n2.
