Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1289.29","heading":"United States Attorney or Assistant United States","body":"Attorney - Carrying of firearm.\n\nAny United States Attorney or Assistant United States Attorney\n\nmay carry a firearm on his or her person anywhere in the State of\n\nOklahoma if the person has successfully completed a handgun\n\nqualification course for court officials developed by the Council on\n\nLaw Enforcement Education and Training. The Council on Law\n\nEnforcement Education and Training may provide for an identification\n\ncard to be issued to the United States Attorney or Assistant United\n\nStates Attorney and may provide application forms.
