Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1290.13","heading":"Automatic listing of licenses","body":"AUTOMATIC LISTING OF LICENSES\n\nThe Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation shall maintain an\n\nautomated listing of all persons issued a handgun license in this\n\nstate pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act\n\nand all subsequent suspended or revoked licenses. Information from\n\nthe automated listing shall only be available to a law enforcement\n\nofficer or law enforcement agency upon request for law enforcement\n\npurposes. The Bureau shall also maintain for each applicant the\n\noriginal application or a copy of the original application form and\n\nany subsequent renewal application forms together with the\n\nphotographs, fingerprints and other pertinent information on the\n\napplicant which shall be confidential, except to law enforcement\n\nofficers or law enforcement agencies in the performance of their\n\nduties. The Bureau may release a copy of fingerprints of a deceased\n\napplicant maintained by the Bureau due to an application for a\n\nhandgun license pursuant to the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act.\n\nProvided, however, the Bureau may release a copy of fingerprints of\n\na deceased applicant only to an immediate family member upon written\n\nrequest. Such request shall be accompanied by a payment of Fifteen\n\nDollars ($15.00), which shall be deposited into the OSBI Revolving\n\nFund. For purposes of this section, \"immediate family member\" shall\n\nmean the spouse, a child by birth or adoption, a stepchild, a parent\n\nby birth or adoption, a stepparent, a grandparent, a grandchild, a\n\nsibling, a stepsibling or the spouse of any immediate family member.\n\nTo facilitate the Bureau's administration of the Oklahoma Self-\n\nDefense Act, all licensees shall maintain a current mailing address\n\nwhere the licensee may receive certified mail.
