As used in the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act:\n\n1. \"Completed application\" means all fields are completed, all\n\nquestions are answered and the required signatures are present on\n\nthe application for a handgun license, and the required documents\n\nare attached to the application, including legible fingerprints, if\n\napplicable;\n\n2. \"Concealed firearm\" means a loaded or unloaded firearm not\n\nopenly visible to the ordinary observation of a reasonable person;\n\n3. \"Unconcealed firearm\" or \"open carry\" means a loaded or\n\nunloaded firearm that is carried upon the person where the firearm\n\nis visible, or carried upon the person using a holster, scabbard,\n\nsling or case;\n\n4. \"Pistol\" or \"handgun\" shall have the same definition as\n\nprovided in Section 1289.3 of this title;\n\n5. \"Rifle\" shall have the same definition as provided in\n\nSection 1289.4 of this title; and\n\n6. \"Shotgun\" shall have the same definition as provided in\n\nSection 1289.5 of this title.\n\nB. The definition of pistol or handgun for purposes of the\n\nOklahoma Self-Defense Act shall not apply to imitation pistols,\n\nflare guns, underwater fishing guns or blank pistols.\n\nC.
