Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1290.20","heading":"Penalty for refusal to submit or falsification","body":"PENALTY FOR REFUSAL TO SUBMIT OR FALSIFICATION\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any sheriff or designee to fail or\n\nrefuse to accept an application for a handgun license as authorized\n\nby the provisions of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act or to fail or\n\nrefuse to process or submit the completed application to the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Investigation within the time prescribed by\n\nparagraph 8 of Section 1290.12 of this title, or to falsify or\n\nknowingly allow any person to falsify any information,\n\ndocumentation, fingerprint or photograph submitted with a handgun\n\napplication. Any violation shall, upon conviction, be a\n\nmisdemeanor.
