Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1290.26","heading":"Reciprocal agreement authority","body":"RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT AUTHORITY\n\nA. The State of Oklahoma shall hereby recognize any valid\n\nconcealed or unconcealed carry weapons permit, valid military\n\nidentification card as provided for qualified persons in Section\n\n1290.8 of this title or license issued by another state, or if the\n\nstate is a nonpermitting carry state, this state shall reciprocate\n\nunder the permitting law of that state.\n\nB. Any person entering this state in possession of a firearm\n\nauthorized for concealed or unconcealed carry upon the authority and\n\nlicense of another state, a valid military identification card, a\n\nvalid driver license, or a valid state photo identification card, as\n\nprovided for qualified persons in Section 1290.8 of this title, is\n\nauthorized to continue to carry a concealed or unconcealed firearm\n\nand license in this state; provided the license from the other\n\nstate, a valid military identification card, a valid driver license,\n\nor a valid state photo identification card, as provided for\n\nqualified persons in Section 1290.8 of this title, remains valid.\n\nThe firearm must either be carried unconcealed or concealed, and\n\nupon coming in contact with any peace officer of this state, the\n\nperson must disclose the fact that he or she is in possession of a\n\nconcealed or unconcealed firearm pursuant to a valid concealed or\n\nunconcealed carry weapons permit, license or a valid military\n\nidentification card as provided for qualified persons in Section\n\n1290.8 of this title issued in another state.\n\nC. Any person who enters this state in possession of a firearm\n\nauthorized for carry upon the authority of a state that is a\n\nnonpermitted carry state and the person is in compliance with the\n\nOklahoma Self-Defense Act shall be authorized to carry a concealed\n\nor unconcealed firearm in this state. The firearm must be carried\n\nfully concealed or unconcealed in compliance with the laws of this\n\nstate. When coming in contact with any law enforcement officer of\n\nthis state and upon instruction from the law enforcement officer,\n\nthe person must disclose the fact that he or she is in possession of\n\na firearm.\n\nD.
