Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1364","heading":"Discharging firearm","body":"DISCHARGING FIREARM\n\nEvery person who willfully discharges any pistol, rifle,\n\nshotgun, airgun or other weapon, or throws any other missile in any\n\npublic place, or in any place where there is any person to be\n\nendangered thereby, although no injury to any person shall ensue, is\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor.
