Any person who has been convicted of a felony under the laws\n\nof this or any other state or the laws of the United States who,\n\nwith an unlawful intent, is in possession of any explosives, upon\n\nconviction, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense and shall\n\nbe punished by a fine of not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term\n\nnot to exceed ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB.
