Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1378","heading":"Attempting, conspiring or endeavoring to perform act of","body":"violence involving serious bodily harm or death – Threats – Devising\n\nplan, scheme or program of action to cause serious bodily harm or\n\ndeath.\n\nA. Any person who shall attempt, conspire or endeavor to\n\nperform an act of violence involving or intended to involve serious\n\nbodily harm or death of another person shall be guilty of a Class B4\n\nfelony offense, punishable upon conviction thereof by imprisonment\n\nfor a period of not more than ten (10) years.\n\nB. Any person who shall threaten to perform an act of violence\n\ninvolving or intended to involve serious bodily harm or death of\n\nanother person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable upon\n\nconviction thereof by imprisonment in the county jail for a period\n\nof not more than six (6) months.\n\nC.
