It is unlawful for any person, acting alone or in concert\n\nwith others, to obstruct, or to impede in any way, passage through\n\nor within any state-owned or -leased building, office or facility.\n\nB. It is unlawful for any person, acting alone or in concert\n\nwith others, to obstruct entrances and exits to any state-owned or -\n\nleased building, office or facility.\n\nC. The provisions of subsections A and B of this section shall\n\nnot apply to commissioned peace officers and security officers of\n\nthe Department of Public Safety, security officers of the Oklahoma\n\nHouse of Representatives and the Oklahoma State Senate, the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services, or contractors thereof in the\n\nperformance of their duties.\n\nD.
