Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1405","heading":"Endangering or causing personal injury to human life","body":"during commission of arson.\n\nAny person violating any of the provisions of Sections 1401,\n\n1402, 1403 or 1404 of this title who during such violation endangers\n\nany human life, including all emergency service personnel, shall be\n\nguilty of a Class B4 felony offense and upon conviction shall be\n\npunished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for not less than\n\nthree (3) years nor more than ten (10) years, or by a fine not to\n\nexceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or both.
