Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1411","heading":"Fraudulent bill of lading","body":"Any person being the master, owner or agent of any vessel, or\n\nofficer or agent of any railroad, express or transportation company,\n\nor otherwise being or representing any carrier who delivers any bill\n\nof lading, receipt or other voucher, or by which it appears that any\n\nmerchandise of any description has been shipped on board of any\n\nvessel, or delivered to any railroad, express or transportation\n\ncompany or other carrier, unless the same has been so shipped or\n\ndelivered, and is at the time actually under the control of such\n\ncarrier, or the master, owner or agent of such vessel, or some\n\nofficer or agent of such company, to be forwarded as expressed in\n\nsuch bill of lading, receipt or voucher, shall be guilty of a Class\n\nD1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine\n\nnot exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2710.
