Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1414","heading":"Duplicate receipts or vouchers","body":"Any person mentioned in Section 1411 or 1412 of this title, who\n\nissued any second or duplicate receipt or voucher of a kind\n\nspecified in those two sections, at a time while any former receipt\n\nor voucher for the merchandise specified in the second receipt is\n\noutstanding and uncancelled, without writing across the face of the\n\nsame the word “Duplicate,” in a plain and legible manner, shall be\n\nguilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this\n\ntitle, or by a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),\n\nor both.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2713.
