Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1415","heading":"Selling goods without consent of holder of bill of","body":"lading.\n\nAny person mentioned in Section 1411 or 1412 of this title, who\n\nsells, hypothecates or pledges any merchandise for which any bill of\n\nlading, receipt or voucher has been issued by him without the\n\nconsent in writing thereto of the person holding such bill, receipt\n\nor voucher, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable\n\nby imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of\n\nSection 20N of this title, or by a fine not exceeding One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00), or both.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2714.
