Stat. tit. 21, § 21-142.32","heading":"Murrah Crime Victims Compensation Fund - Eligibility -","body":"Contributions - Restrictions on expenditure of monies.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund to be administered by the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation\n\nBoard to be designated the \"Murrah Crime Victims Compensation Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Board from any source for the\n\npurpose of implementing the provisions of the Murrah Crime Victims\n\nCompensation Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nshall be budgeted and expended exclusively to compensate victims and\n\nthe families of victims of the bombing on April 19, 1995, that took\n\nplace in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma\n\nCity, Oklahoma. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment. For the purposes of\n\nthe Murrah Crime Victims Compensation Fund, \"families\" shall include\n\ndependents, as defined by the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation\n\nAct, parents and spouses.\n\nB. The Administrator of the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation\n\nBoard is authorized to accept and expend contributions from any\n\nlawful source to be used for the purposes of the fund. The\n\nAdministrator is further authorized to accept and expend any\n\ncontributions from the crime victims compensation systems of any\n\nother state or other governmental entity for the use of the fund.\n\nThe Administrator of the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Board\n\nis authorized to accept the services of the victims compensation\n\nsystem of any other state or governmental entity in the processing\n\nof any claims received against the Murrah Crime Victims Compensation\n\nFund; provided, that the employees of such entities shall not be\n\nconsidered as employees of the State of Oklahoma.\n\nC. The monies deposited in the Murrah Crime Victims\n\nCompensation Fund shall at no time become monies of the state and\n\nshall not become part of the general budget of the Oklahoma Crime\n\nVictims Compensation Board or any other state agency. No monies\n\nfrom the fund shall be transferred for any purpose to any state\n\nagency or any account of the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation\n\nBoard or be used for the purpose of contracting with any other state\n\nagency or reimbursing any other state agency for any expense. No\n\nmonies from the fund shall be used to pay or reimburse the Oklahoma\n\nCrime Victims Compensation Board for, in whole or in part, the\n\nsalary of any employee involved in the administration of the Murrah\n\nCrime Victims Compensation Act.
