To the extent that funds from the Murrah Crime Victims\n\nCompensation Fund are available, the claimants shall be compensated\n\nfor all losses which would otherwise be compensable under the\n\nOklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Act and in addition shall be\n\ncompensated for the costs of any counseling or mental health care\n\nfor the victims and families of victims which is necessary as a\n\nresult of the bombing that took place in front of the Alfred P.\n\nMurrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, provided, a claimant\n\nshall not be compensated for a loss which is compensated through a\n\ncollateral source or a private fund established for that purpose.\n\nB. The Administrator of the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation\n\nBoard is authorized to expend amounts from the Murrah Crime Victims\n\nCompensation Fund for individual claims up to the limits otherwise\n\nprovided in the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Act; provided,\n\nthat the Administrator is further authorized to expend additional\n\nmonies from the Fund on a pro rata basis to all claimants, if the\n\namounts within the Fund are sufficient to allow the Administrator to\n\nexceed the limits set by this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"628727fde0ace11d89611a59ca1aa67db9f57c35ed0d1e060162746ad007a6a3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-142.33","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-142.35"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
