Upon the granting of a parole by the Governor, and release\n\nof the inmate to the community, the Pardon and Parole Board shall\n\nprovide written notification to any victim of the crime for which\n\nthe parolee was convicted by mailing the notification to the last-\n\nknown address of the victim, if such information is requested by the\n\nvictim. The Pardon and Parole Board shall not give the address of\n\nthe parolee to any victim of the crime for which the parolee was\n\nconvicted.\n\nB. Upon the granting of a pardon by the Governor, the Pardon\n\nand Parole Board shall provide written notification to any victim of\n\nthe crime for which the person receiving the pardon was convicted by\n\nmailing the notification to the last-known address of the victim, if\n\nsuch information is requested by the victim. The Pardon and Parole\n\nBoard shall not give the address of the person receiving the pardon\n\nto any victim of the crime for which the person receiving the pardon\n\nwas convicted.\n\nC. The notification requirements provided for in subsections A\n\nand B of this section shall be made on a monthly basis by the tenth\n\nday of the month following the granting of the pardon or parole.\n\nD.
