Stat. tit. 21, § 21-142A-4","heading":"Petition for relief","body":"A victim of domestic abuse, a victim of stalking, a victim of\n\nharassment, a victim of rape, any adult or emancipated minor\n\nhousehold member on behalf of any other family or household member\n\nwho is a minor or incompetent, or any minor age sixteen (16) or\n\nseventeen (17) years may seek relief under the provisions of the\n\nProtection from Domestic Abuse Act.
