Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1431","heading":"Burglary in first degree","body":"Every person who breaks into and enters the dwelling house of\n\nanother, in which there is at the time some human being, with intent\n\nto commit some crime therein, either:\n\n1. By forcibly bursting or breaking the wall, or an outer door,\n\nwindow, or shutter of a window of such house or the lock or bolts of\n\nsuch door, or the fastening of such window or shutter; or\n\n2. By breaking in any other manner, being armed with a\n\ndangerous weapon or being assisted or aided by one or more\n\nconfederates then actually present; or\n\n3.
